We found a club with the aim to create special jobs.
We want to raise awareness that many helping hands can do many good things, no matter where they come from.

What is the project about?
Currently, unemployment increases constantly. This leads to the situation that especially older people are more and more difficult to place on the job market and are increasingly at risk of poverty as so-called long-term unemployed.
This situation is additionally tightened by the fact that in the near future thousands of refugees will push on the job market after positive assessment of their application for asylum. This additionally reinforces the existential fears oft he unemployed people over 50 years.
On the other side we have the situation that now by the increasing aging of our society, we have an acute labor shortage, especially in the care sector, which will intensify in the coming years.
We will found a club that brings people together. On the one hand, people who are looking for work, who want to learn, want to do something. On the other hand people who need help. Help in care, in home and garden.
Our aim is that the people's fear is taken to lose something when so many new immigrants come to Austria. We want to show the contrary, that many people also bring a lot of good and can offer new opportunities.
We are providing a platform for our club members where people who are looking for work can meet people who need help. In addition community centers are planned, where club members can meet directly.
Many different projects are planned as well as cooperations with existing relief organizations.
Our Concept can be implemented throughout Europe.
